For Non-Jailbroken Devices

- First of all, uninstall the original YouTube app.
- Install AltStore on iPhone and Mac/Windows computer (read the complete guide here).
- Launch the Safari browser on your device and download the YouTube ++ IPA file.
- Open AltStore on iPhone and go to the 'My Application' tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the + icon in the upper left corner to add a new app. You will receive a list of available IPAs. Click on the YouTube ++ IPA file that you downloaded in the previous step.

- Click Edit > Add

- Install it.
